1. Refund Eligibility

You may qualify for a refund if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The item is returned in unused condition with original packaging
  • A return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • The order is cancelled before shipment

All refund requests are subject to inspection and approval by our support team.


2. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received:

  1. Our team will inspect the product.
  2. You will receive confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
  3. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

3. Refund Methods

Refunds are issued through one of the following methods:

  • Bank Transfer
  • Store Credit / Voucher (optional upon customer agreement)

Cash refunds are not available for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.


4. Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges are non-refundable:

  • Shipping and delivery fees
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) charges (if applicable)
  • Return shipping costs (unless the mistake is from JNTY.pk)

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your bank as processing times may vary.
  • If the issue persists, contact our support team.

6. Order Cancellation Refunds

  • Orders cancelled before shipment are eligible for a full refund.
  • Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled but may qualify under the return policy.

7. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos or videos as proof.
  • Replacement or refund will be arranged after verification.
