1. Refund Eligibility
You may qualify for a refund if:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The item is returned in unused condition with original packaging
- A return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery
- The order is cancelled before shipment
All refund requests are subject to inspection and approval by our support team.
2. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received:
- Our team will inspect the product.
- You will receive confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
3. Refund Methods
Refunds are issued through one of the following methods:
- Bank Transfer
- Store Credit / Voucher (optional upon customer agreement)
Cash refunds are not available for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
4. Non-Refundable Charges
The following charges are non-refundable:
- Shipping and delivery fees
- Cash on Delivery (COD) charges (if applicable)
- Return shipping costs (unless the mistake is from JNTY.pk)
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your bank as processing times may vary.
- If the issue persists, contact our support team.
6. Order Cancellation Refunds
- Orders cancelled before shipment are eligible for a full refund.
- Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled but may qualify under the return policy.
7. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- Report within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photos or videos as proof.
- Replacement or refund will be arranged after verification.
